β Preparation Checklist
Do these every cycleπ Before Day 1
One-time setup for the fortnight
- Bookmark this page & the 4 chapter links above
- Download the 4 NCERT chapter PDFs (linked in each card)
- Print each chapter's Formula/Coverage/Mastery Pack β one per subject
- Set a target score for this cycle (e.g. 60/80 = 75%)
- Book a quiet 3-hour block in your calendar for Day 13 mock test
- Start a fresh error log notebook β one line per mistake
π Every day
Non-negotiable daily rituals
- 10 min β revise yesterday's topics from memory before starting new material (spaced retrieval)
- 90 min β focused study of today's block (see plan below)
- 30 min β solve 10 PYQs from today's topic under timed conditions
- Add every wrong answer to the error log: 1 line = the NCERT sentence that carried the answer
- Sleep 7β8 hours β no all-nighters (kills long-term retention)
- No sugar / heavy meal within 2 hours of a study session
π― Every weekend
Weekly consolidation checks
- Retake the diagnostic quiz from Day 1 β aim for +5 marks each week
- Compress each covered chapter to one A4 sheet in your handwriting
- Re-read the full error log β no note-copying, just read
- Cross-check chapter high-yield lists β flag any topic you still can't recall in 30 seconds
- Update this ILTS-cycle page with your predicted score

Score goalsAamirah's Target for This Cycle Personal
A realistic, achievable lift from the current baseline β driven mostly by reducing wrong answers and cashing in the recall-heavy Zoology + Chemistry chapters. Stretch target only if the Day-9 mid-cycle drill shows β₯ 15/20.

| Subject | Current | Target | Gain | Where the marks come from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Physics β Moving Charges | 110-125 | 135-145 | +18 | Direction drill (Day 2) Β· AmpΓ¨re apps Β· 2R vs 2ΟR trap Β· torque max/min. Bonus: IITian 7-8 pm Γ 6 days = 6 h dedicated Physics β biggest lever this cycle. |
| Chemistry β d & f-Block | 115-130 | 140-145 | +12 | Colour + magnetic-moment table (memorise cold). KMnOβ / KβCrβOβ prep steps are near-guaranteed marks. |
| Botany β Inheritance | 115-125 | 130-140 | +12 | Dihybrid 9:3:3:1 Β· disorder-name matching Β· sex-linked traits Β· pedigree symbols. Pure recall = cheap gains. |
| Zoology β HHD | 110-120 | 125-135 | +10 | Pathogen master table Β· antibody classes Β· immunity types. Recall-heavy = fastest wins. |
π‘ The single biggest lever β every wrong answer costs 1 mark. A 4-6 fewer wrong per subject = +20-30 marks with zero extra study. Rule: if you're 50/50 on an answer, leave it blank. Guess only when 2 options are clearly eliminable.
Two-cycle roadmap: ILTS-07 β 525-540 Β· ILTS-08 β 570-590 (if 07 hits target). If 07 misses, repeat the 525 target for 08 focused on the weakest subject from 07.
β° Your Daily Schedule
Personalised timelineYour fixed classes and sleep block are locked. The two amber self-study slots (8:00β9:30 pm + 10:00β11:30 pm = 3 hrs/day) are what the 15-day ILTS plan below uses. The plan is designed to fit exactly into those two slots β no overspill, no need to skip classes.
Β· Class hours (MonβSat) β Komali 2 h + Physics Babu 1 h + Infinity 1 h + Physics-Special IITian 1 h = 5 h Β· (Sunday: 4 h β no Physics-Special)
Β· Study Blocks 1 + 2 + 3 (class-related work) = 2.5 + 1 + 1 = 4.5 hrs
Β· ILTS Slots 1 + 2 (this cycle's chapters) = 1.5 + 1.5 = 3 hrs
Total productive time / day = 12.5 hours Β· Total ILTS-focused across 15 days = 45 hrs β 11 hrs per chapter.
π Bonus Slot Rule β Babu Sir No-Show Days
Babu Sir comes only 3-4 days a week. On the other 2-3 days you get a free 1-hour bonus window at 10:30-11:30 (and Study Block 2 has no fresh Babu HW). Total up to 2 extra hours on those days. Here's where to spend them.
| Cycle phase | Priority | What to do in the bonus hour |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1β2 | Fully to ILTS Physics MCM IS today's ILTS chapter | Extend the day's MCM work β extra derivation practice or 5 more PYQs. |
| Days 3β8 | Split 30 + 30 Physics catch-up + today's ILTS chapter | 30 min: clear any Babu backlog HW. 30 min: extra work on today's ILTS subject (Chem / Bot / Zoo). |
| Days 9β11 (drill / weakness fix) | Fully to ILTS Peak marks-per-hour phase | 10 extra mixed PYQs at 60 sec/Q pace. Extra drill volume directly raises the Day-13 mock score. |
| Day 12 (A4 compression) | Fully to ILTS | Second-pass a weak A4 sheet β memorise by re-writing it from scratch. |
| Day 13 (mock) | Fully to ILTS | Run a 15-Q mini-mock on your weakest subject, timed at 60 sec/Q. |
| Days 14β15 (analysis + exam) | Physics catch-up first Last chance to clear backlog | Clear any Babu backlog HW before ILTS day β you don't want lingering doubts weighing on you. |
π‘ Why prioritise ILTS in Week 2: Physics Babu's syllabus is a slow-burn (year-long NEET 2027 prep). ILTS is a fortnightly measured event β an extra 10-15 hrs across the cycle directly moves your ILTS score, and Babu's material catches up on the next no-show cycle.
ποΈ Day-by-Day Study Plan Β· Days 1 β 15
Fortnight Β· Slot 1 + Slot 2Structure: each day fits into your two 90-min ILTS blocks. Slot 1 (8:00β9:30 pm) = deep study / new material. Slot 2 (10:00β11:30 pm) = drill / practice / consolidation. Week 1 covers all 4 chapters (2 days each). Week 2 is drill, mock, analysis. Day 15 is exam-day β light revision only.
